I have a powered wheelchair that I no longer am able to make use of. It is controlled by means of a joystick, with three speeds, and a power seat (up and down). It is a Quantum 3000 (make), and is in good shape. Includes manuals and two chargers. Someone generously donated it to me, and now we would like to give it to somebody who could really use one.
